yeah It might be worth asking Oridin about it, it works fantastic though.
I use a dvd recorder, its hard to use and involves heaps of mucking around.

hey Perry... yeah i got me a Hauppauge a few months back now. In terms of HD game recording i think its the best way to go! I think the cost of the unit delivered was just over $300. Theres plenty of other cheaper options available but for ease of use and quality i would go the Hauppauge. Dont forget you do need a grunty pc/laptop to capture the video onto. Just check the minimum specs in the FAQ.

Oridin your vids actualy look a lil laggy, im sure its just a setting though because ive seen very good media from the Hauppauge.

yeah mate, theres a few reasons for it.
1 - i havent changed any settings on the haupauge
2 - i havent done any post processing on it
3 - game lag 
you only have to watch the vids by quickjoe to see what the potential is

$250 to one of the FV boys ... they sell for a shit load more on ebay at the moment but that doesnt bother me. I noticed on teh hauppauge site yesty that the HDPVRs are on back order!
