Did some pvp last night in one the playlists and i change my mind about it lol it was fun abit laggy but still fun. Only down side was the payouts for winning being the same as everyone else.
Did a conquest match and last minute everyone in my team left me before the match. Ironically my team was called the lonely cowboys XD but yea surprisingly i won against the other teams but the payout was the same

Thanks to a bit of late night help from tal, I was able to pick up the fishing rod and river lure.
So, first up, fishing, then money then bolt action then scope for bolt action, then finish story, then something .. something...
That's way too much. I am going fishing.

Increasing the cash and gold payments across a number of different activities including Free Roam Missions, Free Roam Events, replays of A Land of Opportunities Missions, Showdown Series modes and more.Reducing the prices of most weapons in the Wheeler, Rawson & Co Catalogue and Gunsmiths. For players that have already purchased weapons at the previous prices, we will automatically deposit the difference to player balances starting today - please look for an alert message the next time you log in to the Red Dead Online Beta to notify you of this change, refunds may take up until December 10th to reach all players.Balancing the values of select pelts, skins and fish as well as horse reviver and pamphlets.
Of course our efforts to improve and balance the Red Dead Online Beta will continue. We are conscious of and still evaluating an assortment of further adjustments based on feedback from the community. We are currently working on fixes for some persistent bugs that are causing some players to be kicked from sessions, and we aim to have fixes for these live next week. Agreed that prices for weapons were extremely high and payouts for pvp and missions low.. so bring in line those two.. there was no need to lower values of hunting for carcasses and pelts or fishing. the so called waterfall fish glicth in the wild real world would actually be something that would occur... this update still makes you grind and only panders to the battle royale and greifer crowd in my opinion and just on a side note::: has anyone noticed more of that fog of war shit happening while wandering about..

Hey guys. I found this link to a potential map of gang hideout locations.
As we know, there is a chance (a very slight chance) of looting a body and finding a treasure map from this activity.
This map is apparently not complete, but there is enough on here to at least know where to start looking.

Good to have.. has been a very big hit and miss lately scoring a treasure map when I have encountered a gang hideout .. and here's a tip if you want to change your character.. money accrued prior you keep.. weapons bought you lose..
Dont forget to keep an eye out for the smoke aswell. I find if i hang around the area it will normally spawn when im about to leave

There’s a good fishing spot just South of the butcher in Blackwater where you can get Sturgeon ($7.25) with a lake lure. You have to load them on your horse, but it’s a very short jaunt to the Butcher, and there are also wild horses in the area to get a second mount. It’s also nice because lots of wild animals (pronghorns, squirrels, rabbits, etc.) spawn next to the fishing spot.
Also there’s a trick for saving persistent posse outfits if anyone is so inclined (anyone who played GTAO with me will know the creator of this video):

Had something freaky happen to me last night. Checking out a burned out house and that and what looked like a person came out of the ground! Screen went black and i was teleported 50m away from the house. As i looked back to the house there was this dark smoke in that area.
Was gona try edit it in sharefactory but for some reason my ps4 cant find it on my playstation even though it says start. Just says cant find on playstation try finding in store and then the store aswell says start instead of download n that goes around and around XD

If anyone wants a cold weather outfit, you need to buy one thing: a Woolen Sweater from the Shirts category. It’s level locked, and 9 gold bars if you want to get it early. But if you pair that with the Montana Jacket that comes with the free Grizzlies Outlaw outfit, you have a proper cold weather outfit.
Rebuild your PS4 database. If that doesn’t fix it:
Settings > Storage then delete SHAREfactory and re-download it.
