    Default Razer Raiju PS4 Controller

Razer have put out a high-end controller for the PS4. It's marketed as an e-sports controller, but it's basically meant to compete with the Xbox Elite Controller.

So when they say 'detachable cable', that doesn't mean wireless right? The only issue I have with cables is my dogs are likely to run past and reef my ps4 out of the cabinet.

That's pretty on par with buying a Skuf controller and probably a better build quality as well, not a bad option tbh

I've been tempted by this controller but due to my set up it won't work. The controller does need a cable to work from my research so not quite what I was hoping for ... PS4 will get a xbone elite equivalent I am sure!!

USB cable reduces input lag. Gotta reduce those milliseconds!

If it was priced around the 150-170 mark I would jump on it but it's over priced that's what's turning me off. Scuf have made some changes to make their hardware sturdier less breakages. I was pricing one a few days back and buying one is still cheaper shipped from the US then this control.

These are actually really good in games like Destiny and CoD, a lot of jumping and shooting at the same time, paddles on the back free up having to take your fingers off the sticks to press jump/crouch/reload etc.

A lot of streamers use them, I imagine it would take a little bit to get used to the extra buttons though.

There's other companies like Scuf Gaming and Cinch Gaming that have similar controllers as well.

I've read these will work with Steam as well without the need for a 3rd party controller app.

I have been using this controller for a while now and it is excellent. I almost can't go back to my skuf especially after the underside paddles keep wearing and breaking at the bend points (on the skuf). The electronic mapping is extremely easy and THESE ARE COMPATIBLE WITH PC's right out of the box. I don't mind the wired connection, especially now I have a wired headset.. I would highly recommend these. I would love to know how to swap out the joysticks for a higher/taller option but otherwise i'm extremely happy with this controller.

Dunno about aftermarket controllers but swapping sticks is plenty easy on the normal PS4 controllers.

Yeah I haven't been able to work out where to pry it apart. It looks like the same sticks but i'm not sure where the latch points are inside.

Great design but mechanically shit, notice issues with mine.
R2 is hyper sensitive and will even fire random shots in game for me.

    Regret buying, view video...
